Card and Guide Backgrounds
In short
Backgrounds set the mood of your guide. You can give each card its own picture or video, and give the whole guide a background that shows when people open it through a link.
Card backgrounds
The media library
Every picture, video and GIF you add to a card is saved in the media library automatically. When you want to use the same one on another card, pick it from the library instead of adding it again.
Picture
Add a picture as the card’s background by uploading a file or pasting a link. Real photos of your products or customers make the guide feel like your brand. Wide images with little text in them work best.
GIF
A GIF adds a short, looping bit of movement, like a product turning or a light switching on. It’s lighter than a video and plays over and over, so pick one that loops smoothly and isn’t too busy behind the question.

On Preference and Select Cards, each answer option can have its own image. This is where your guide gets most of its brand feel.
Guide background
Background for the shared link
When someone opens your guide through an external link, the cards sit on top of a full-screen background. Add a background here, like a video, GIF or a picture, so the page looks like your brand instead of a blank screen.
